  • Diaa's "Sweet & Sour Mix"

  • 1 Chicken Breast in Cubes

  • Onions

  • Diced Pineapples

  • Chopped Peppers

  • Eggs

  • Diaa's "Potato Starch"


  1. Add one beaten egg to the chicken cubes and mix well

  2. Coat the chicken cubes with the Diaa's Potato Starch

  3. Deep fry the battered chicken cubes in a pan with oil on a medium heat for approximately 10 minutes

  4. Stir fry chopped peppers, onions, and pineapples with cooking oil in a fresh wok till brown

  5. Add 1 cup of water to wok

  6. Add 3 heaped tablespoons of Diaa's Sweet & Sour Mix

  7. Whisk continuously till sauce boils and thickens

  8. Add cooked battered chicken cubes and mix well

  9. Serve and enjoy
