Salt & pepper chicken wings


  • Diaa's "Salt & Pepper"

  • Chicken Wings (8) 

  • 1/2 Cup Peppers

  • 1/2 Cup Onions

  • 1 Crushed Garlic Clove

  • 1 Egg

  • Diaa's "Potato Starch"



  1. Using 1 teaspoon of Diaa's Salt & Pepper Powder marinate the chicken wings 

  2. Add one beaten egg to the chicken wings and mix well

  3. Coat the chicken wings with the Diaa's Potato Starch

  4. Deep fry the battered chicken wings in a pan with oil on a medium heat for approximatly 10 minutes

  5. Stir fry diced peppers, onions, and garlic with cooking oil in a fresh pan till brown

  6. Add chilli oil for added flavour

  7. Add the chicken wings you have just prepared into the pan with the vegetables

  8. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Diaa's Salt & Pepper over the wings and mix

  9. Serve and enjoy
