CHICKEN & SWEETCORN SOUP

INGREDIENTS​

  • Diaa's "Chicken & Sweetcorn Soup"

  • 1/2 Cup Cream Corn

  • 1 Egg

  • 2 Cup Water

  • 1/3 Cup Diced Chicken

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

 

  1. Add 2 cups of water, diced chicken, and 1/2 cup cream corn into a pan 

  2. Stir till chicken is cooked

  3. Add 1 beaten and stir lightly

  4. In a separate bowl mix 2 heaped tablespoons of Diaa's Chicken & Sweetcorn Soup with 2 tablespoons of water into a watery paste

  5. Slowly add the watery paste into the pan whilst stirring

  6. Bring to a boil

  7. Serve and enjoy
