CANTONESE RIBS

INGREDIENTS​

  • Diaa's "Cantonese Sauce Mix"

  • Lamb Ribs (8) 

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/2 Cup Tomato Ketchup

  • Diaa's "Potato Starch"

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

 

  1. With 1 beaten egg mix with the ribs 

  2. Coat the ribs with Diaa's Potato Starch

  3. Deep fry in oil till cooked

  4. In a wok add 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of tomato ketchup, and 2 heaped tablespoons of Diaa's Cantonese Sauce Mix

  5. Whisk and bring to a boil

  6. Add the cooked ribs into the sauce and mix well

  7. Serve and enjoy
