Diaa's "Cantonese Sauce Mix"

Lamb Ribs (8)

1 Egg

1/2 Cup Tomato Ketchup

Diaa's "Potato Starch"
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

With 1 beaten egg mix with the ribs

Coat the ribs with Diaa's Potato Starch
-
Deep fry in oil till cooked
-
In a wok add 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of tomato ketchup, and 2 heaped tablespoons of Diaa's Cantonese Sauce Mix
-
Whisk and bring to a boil

Add the cooked ribs into the sauce and mix well
-
Serve and enjoy
