  • Diaa's "Chinese Stir Fry Sauce"

  • 1 Cup Sliced Beef

  • Noodles (150G)

  • 1/2 Cup Mixed Vegetables

  • 1/2 Cup Onions

  • 1 Teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce



  1. Boil noodles in water till cooked then drain and keep to a side

  2. Pre heat wok/pan with cooking oil

  3. Add sliced beef into the wok/pan till cooked 

  4. Add mixed vegetables and onions and cook till brown

  5. Add 1 cup of water and bring to the boil

  6. In a separate bowl mix 1 heaped tablespoons of Diaa's Chinese Stir Fry Sauce with 2 tablespoons of water into a watery paste

  7. Slowly add the watery paste into the pan whilst stirring

  8. Bring to the boil and add 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce

  9. Add the cooked noodles and mix well

  10. Serve & Enjoy!
